The meeting of the working group on the criminal process under the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs was held in Moscow.

On January 18, 2020, the representatives of the Liquidation and Bankruptcy Bar Association took part in a meeting of the working group on the criminal process under the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the city of Moscow. The meeting was attended by Public Authorized Representatives of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in Moscow, members of the Committees of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs, heads of leading Moscow legal companies and other persons.

During the event, legislative initiatives in the Criminal Procedure code of the Russian Federation, regarding changes to the provisions of the articles, governing the conceptual apparatus of the criminal community and the procedure for attaching evidence to criminal case materials were considered.
