List of the documents that are needed for the individuals entering Liquidation and Bankruptcy Bar Association:

• Application letter of the intention to enter the Association;
• Questionnaire of a person who is willing to enter the Association;
• For Russian Federation citizens - passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (first page with a photo and a place of the last residence page);
• For foreign citizens - an identity document (all the pages of the document translated into Russian language and notarized);
• A certificate of registration in the Russian Federation Tax authority;
• Education certificate (if there is any);
• Personal photo;
• Written consent to processing of the personal data of a person who is willing to enter the Association;

List of the documents that are needed for legal entities entering Liquidation and Bankruptcy Bar Association:

• Application letter from a single Executive body of a legal entity that is willing to enter the Association;
• Questionnaire of a legal entity that is willing to enter the Association;
• A State registration certificate of a legal entity or a Record sheet of a State registration certificate of a legal entity;
• A certificate of registration of a legal entity in the Russian Federation Tax authority at the place of its location;
• Charter of a legal entity in the current version with all updates and additions.
• A record of the authorized body of a legal entity that is entering the Association, which has a right to make decisions about the Association entering;
• A document that confirms the authority of body of a legal entity ;
• A document that confirms the authority of individual of being an authorized person and representing the interests of entering the Association;
• Personal photo of an individual, being an authorized person and representing the interests of entering the Association;
• For Russian Federation citizens – passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (first page with a photo and a place of a last residence page);
• For foreign citizens - an identity document (all the pages of the document translated into Russian language and notarized).
• Written consent to processing of the personal data of an individual, being an authorized person and representing the interests of entering the Association;
