The Liquidation and Bankruptcy Bar Association has begun cooperation with the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Moscow

The agreement was signed by the President of the Association Inna Busayeva and the Commissioner Mineeva Tatyana Vadimovna.

“I really hope for our further cooperation. We have resources - the Association unites more than 100 legal companies. I believe that under the agreement we will be able to actively participate in the development of entrepreneurship,” - Inna Busayeva said after signing the document.

The agreement will help the development of entrepreneurship in Moscow - the Association will actively defend the legitimate rights and interests of the entrepreneurs.

The vice-president of the Association, Vladimir Kuznetsov, noted that the organization favors the systematization of the work of legal companies. He informed the assessors that in some countries there are restrictions on the establishment of legal companies by non-lawyers, for example, in the United States. In Russia, anyone can create a legal company. What is more, anyone can counsel the citizens, give pieces of advice, sometimes harmful ones. The association is trying to combat this phenomenon and systematize proven legal organizations, thereby conducting self-regulation in the region.
