Round table of the Federation Council: “Constitutional aspects of protecting the rights of participants in labor relations in the context of global informatization”.

The organizer was the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, the meeting was attended by leaders of various levels of federal and regional executive authorities, as well as professional and public associations.

During the event, the Vice-President of the Association, Vladimir Aleksandrovich Kuznetsov made a report “Security of personal data in the process of maintaining electronic labor books”, proposing to use the “Blockchain” system for personal data protection and personal encryption of information for each person, registered in the Pension Fund to exclude unauthorized access to information and its leak.
