Meeting with a delegation from the People's Republic of China

Last week, the Chairman of the Association Board took part in a working meeting with a government delegation from China. 

The delegation arrived with the intention to establish partnerships with ANPO "International Law Firm", which is a member of the Association of Law Companies and experts in the field of liquidation and bankruptcy.

The topic of discussion was building cooperation between ANPO "International Law Firm" and Shanghai law firms on the registration of foreign representative offices in the Russian Federation, assistance and exchange of experience in the field of liquidation and bankruptcy of legal entities.

Representatives of the Chinese delegation noted that they had previously visited companies of other countries with a similar initiative, and implemented mutually beneficial partnership programs. This year, the goal was set to find a friendly law firm in Russia.

The International Law Firm was selected because of its many years of experience in solving complex legal problems, including working with representative offices of foreign companies and foreign citizens doing business in the Russian Federation.

Equally important is the company's membership in the Association of Law Companies and Experts in the Field of Liquidation and Bankruptcy, which consolidates practice in this area.

The delegation from the PRC was represented by: Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Huangpu District, Lu Nanting, Law Enforcement Officer of Huangpu District Office, Wang Yanheng, Street Committee Secretary Yuyuan Cao Jun, The head of the Dapuqiao Street Committee, Sha Yaojie, Deputy Head of the Huangpu Police Station Zhu Xuiguang, Deputy Head of the Office of Integrated Management in the Huangpu District Ni Jian. The delegation was accompanied by Yulia Nekrasova, a representative of the Russian-Chinese community "BRIDGE".
